Rick Scott

Health Scientist (Nutrition & Exercise) Australian World Championship Triathlete

Rick’s journey reflects the core philosophy of the PB Method. In 2021 at the age of 50, he was inconsistent with training and health habits.

By 2025 he had transformed his health, reduced body weight to 73kg and earned selection to represent Australia at the World Triathlon Championships, with no previous thriathlon experience.

The difference wasn’t motivation. It was a system.

The PB Method was built to help others follow that same structured approach to achieving their personal best.
